Mobile laundry units

Some cities have mobile laundry units that are designed to provide laundry services to homeless individuals. These units are often run by non-profit organizations and may be available at different locations on a rotating basis.

Handwashing

If you can't find anywhere else to wash you clothes, then do it the old fashioned way by hand, then hang it up to dry somewhere. If you can find a water source and find some kind of cheap detergent from Dollar Tree or Dollar General, then this can be a great option especially in remote areas.
