Nicknamed “Stonehenge”, Isaac Walton Park is great for picnicking and camping. There are over 15 parking spots for RVs and plenty of open area for tents. It has a beautiful view and has access to the lake. A covered pavilion and dozens of picnic tables across the entire park makes this park ideal for cookouts, birthday parties, and any other special occasion. BBQ grills are spread throughout the park. Most importantly clean restrooms with flushing toilets are available. NO DOGS ALLOWED
There are 15 campsites, each with picnic table, fire ring, gravel spot for your car, ground was pretty level for tents. There is a gate that gets locked at sundown, but a spot with the one-directional spikes where you can leave the campground, but no reentry, if you need to leave before the gate is reopened in the morning, around 7 or 8am.
