What the document proposed
Its central idea was that cities, businesses, nonprofits, churches, and individuals could each contribute different resources and capabilities, with the OKHomeless directory helping people discover and connect those resources.
The current site keeps that collaborative idea while separating historical material from current resource information and guidance.
