Free Dispersed camping in the Ouachita National Forest’s Kiamichi Ranger District. This campsite does not use a reservation system. First come, first served.
3 small rock fire rings and right on the banks of the Kiamichi river.
Activities:
There is a well maintained road just west of this forest road, on the south side of OK63 signed “Beech Creek Scenic Area 5 miles”. This road had numerous spots for quiet camping.
Note: Drought may cause most of the creek to dry up.
