Rita Blanca National Grassland picnic/rest area between Clayton NM and Boise City OK. At the tiny village of Felt on US 64/412, turn south on paved street and go 1/2 mile to end of street. Picnic area is dead ahead. Pit toilets, gravel parking area, no shade over parking but some trees in picnic area. Very quiet.
